Shipping Policy

All UK orders are sent using Hermes Group Service. The terms are based on Hermes Group Terms and Conditions.

2–3 day parcel delivery with online tracking

Around £22.00 for each delivery


If you are unhappy with the goods you have received, we offer a full refund if goods are returned within 14 days of a purchase date in unused and unopened condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.

For refunds and exchanges the contents and quantity of the product must be returned as originally sold. (new condition and original packaging).

Please include into the package your order number, name, e-mail and phone no.

If goods are damaged in transit claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by registered post or by special delivery. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to send a copy of your purchase receipt with the goods.

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Refunds cannot be processed to any alternate cards and will be applied to the credit or debit card used to pay for the items.

Refunds cannot be made payable to anyone other than the account holder.
